When we first discuss the development of competency programs and online learning with clients, there can be a lot of apprehension. Following are some answers to many of your common questions. If you have other burning questions, please contact us and we would be happy to answer.

Q: Online learning is expensive, right?!!

A:  Done right, online learning is a very cost effective way to achieve consistent, flexible delivery to address the challenges associated with running an organization. In order to get the online learning “done right” we use rapid development techniques that are engaging, integrate well with hands-on training and are easy to maintain and update as your organization evolves.

Q: Your offer sounds complicated. Is it?

A:  Our experience allows us to cut through the details and keep the process simple and straightforward. It is our job to organize the requirements in a way that makes it easy for you to sustain an effective competency program as your organization grows and evolves.

Q: Does it take a long time to see some actual online learning developed and integrated into an overall training approach?

A:  No. Our job is to balance the analysis with the delivery of tangible results – quickly. In a project with multiple courses, we typically select a key area and get moving with a pilot to make sure everyone is aligned very early in the engagement. Clear communication and delivering on commitments are key to building your trust with our organization.

Q: Don’t we become dependent on you for our program?

A:  No. Our job is to build the competencies and provide the tools for you to sustain and grow the competency program in your organization beyond our initial engagement.

Q: You look like a small organization. How could you possibly deal with the demands of a project from a large organization?

A:  We can meet your requirements in three ways:

1) We have numerous products, a large database of knowledge and a variety of tools that allows us to quickly adapt to client requests.
2) We have a number of quality associates who are available to complement our resources to meet project workloads.
3) Our internal procedures, tools and controls enable fast, consistent,high quality services.

 Q: Our requirements are unique so we are not interested in “boiler plate” solutions. Are you able to provide us a solution that works for us?

A:  Yes. All of our solutions are customized to meet the requirements of individual clients. We do leverage our products and knowledge base but only where it is adaptable to the specific needs of clients. Often we can start with our base product and customize it to fit your organization.
