Dr. G. Barry Ellis -
President/Partner After receiving his PhD in Distance Education in 1974, Barry held numerous positions in the industry including Professor of Distance Education at the University of British Columbia. In 1983, he founded Educational Technology and Consulting, (later to be renamed DETAC Corporation) with his wife Carol. Carol Ellis - Financial

Patricia Nelson - Officer,
Education Projects Currently involved in the CACE program through distance education, she began her career teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) in Native communities. Now in her fifth year at DETAC, Patricia co-ordinates the activities on all education projects as well as researching a great deal of the data that appears in Barry's consulting work. | Tony Stark - Technical
Support/Webmaster Tony's education is in Internet/Network Enterprise Administration and has received his certification from Microsoft in this area with expertise in Windows 2000 Infrastructure.. In his 1st year at DETAC, his focus will be providing Internet solutions for our wide customer base.
