WHSCC Update (January 1, 2012) for Newfoundland Labrador workers: The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Part X Fall Protection (Section 139), state that "training must be a minimum of 16 hours in duration and consist of two components: 8 hours of theory and 8 hours of individualized practical training."
